We work from house and site plans, aerial imagery and geospatial data to build a clear picture of the property: levels, sun, existing planting, what stays and what goes.
Our in-house designers translate the brief into a coherent vision. Spatial logic, planting character and material direction, all considered together so the design suits the home and the way you'll live in it.
Detailed scaled drawings of the design: layout, hardscape, planting and the details that bring it together. The primary document we work from into construction.
Where 3D adds real clarity, we'll produce visuals so you can see and feel the space before building begins. Useful for projects with complex levels, signature features or unusual layouts.
We present the design on a call and shape it around your feedback. The end result is a fixed-price proposal you can move forward on with confidence.
