So ongoing care moved into Salt Maintenance. Its own business, its own crew, its own schedule, and one job to do: keep what is already in the ground in the condition it went in. Gardens and lawns both.
Salt Maintenance is brought to you by the same hands and minds behind Salt Landscaping, so a garden we designed and built does not start from scratch with them. They can pull up the planting schedule, what went in, and what it was meant to grow into over the next ten years.
It works the other way too. When a property needs building rather than looking after, a wall, a deck, a new outdoor room, there is a QBCC-licensed team next door. And you do not need to have built with us for them to take your garden on.

Every build finishes with a walk-through and a written schedule for the garden we have just put in. What needs doing, when, and which parts are fussy.
We put you in touch with Salt Maintenance ourselves and pass the plans across, so nobody turns up at your place asking what the plants are.
Someone walks the property with you and prices it from what is actually there. That visit costs nothing and there is nothing to sign at the end of it.
A twelve-month plan at the same figure each month, regular visits with no contract, or one-off work when something has got away from you.
It is an introduction, not a contract. The warranty on what we built stays with us either way, and if something needs looking at in that first twelve months you still call Salt Landscaping.
