Paying for your project.

Most of our clients pay in stages as the work progresses. Some would rather leave their savings where they are and spread the cost instead.

If that suits you better, we can introduce you to a finance broker who arranges lending for home projects across Queensland. With your say-so we pass on your name and number, and they get in touch. They take it from there: the application, the lender, the paperwork.

What it costs you

Nothing, and it changes nothing about your project. If you take up finance through them, they pay us a $250 referral fee. It makes no difference to your price, to your quote, or to how we build.

There is no expectation that you use them, and no part of your proposal depends on it.

What we can and cannot help with

We are landscapers, not lenders. We cannot tell you how much you could borrow, what a repayment would look like, or whether you would be approved. Those are the broker's to answer, and they will walk you through them properly.

What we can do is give you an honest budget band early, and a fixed-price quote once the design is settled, so you are working from a real number rather than an estimate.
