The Gold Coast splits between the coastal strip — Hope Island, Sanctuary Cove, Burleigh, Mermaid Beach, Palm Beach — and the inland hinterland of Tamborine, Currumbin Valley, and the canal estates back from the surf. Coastal blocks tend to be smaller, more architectural, and pool-surround focused. Hinterland blocks are larger and more naturalistic.
What unifies the work here is high humidity, high rainfall, and a strong tropical-meets-subtropical planting palette.
